Beautypedia

I've discovered a new site that is downright genius: www.beautypedia.com. As the name imples, it a virtual encycopedia of beauty product reviews. Many of you know that I'm a fan of the Paula Begoun book, "Don't Go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me." She's been featured on Oprah many times and is really the only expert who has attempted to catalogue the thousands of beauty products out on the market. Kind of reminds me of when I tried to write down, by hand, every line in the movie "Breakfast Club." I only made it through the first five minutes before I realized how voluminous an entire screenplay is, when typed.

Anyway, Paula's not giving away her expertise for free. You do have to sign up for a subscription. I think it's totally worth it though to get her reviews of the newest products, before I have a chance to waste my money on something that doesn't really work. Check it out!
